Senior Experience 2026

Welcome,
Ava.

Three weeks to learn AI tools most professionals haven't figured out yet. You're not here to watch — you're here to build.

You're not here to observe.
You're here to ship.

Over the next three weeks, you'll identify real problems, design solutions, and build something that matters — using Claude as your co-pilot. No rubric. No hand-holding. Just the tools, the team, and what you make of them.

Three weeks. Three outcomes.

Week 1

Explore & Discover

May 18 – 22
Days 1-2
Get set up. Meet the team. Break things in Claude. Learn what AI can and can't do.
Days 3-4
Research the AI landscape. Dig into Orbis's brand. Start seeing problems worth solving.
Day 5
Present what you've learned. Pitch your project. Lock in your direction.
Weeks 2–3

Build & Ship

May 25 – June 8
Identify
a real gap in Orbis's marketing or brand presence
Design
a solution — who's it for, what does success look like
Build
an MVP with Claude Code — it has to be real, not perfect
Ship
demo it, walk the team through how you built it

Three tools. Infinite possibilities.

The Conversation
Ask questions, brainstorm, research, draft. This is where you get comfortable with how AI thinks.
📄
Cowork
The Workshop
Create documents, presentations, polished outputs. Skills and plugins built in.
⚙️
Claude Code
The Engine
Build websites, automations, tools, entire projects from your terminal. This is where you'll live.
You don't need to know how to code. You need to learn how to direct an AI that does. That skill — prompting — is the most valuable thing you'll take from here.

75%

Claude gets you there.
You bring the last 25%.

AI is fast at:

  • Structure
  • First drafts
  • Code
  • Research
  • Formatting

You bring:

  • Judgment
  • Taste
  • Context
  • Audience sense
  • Quality control
Your first two days: actively test this boundary. Give Claude easy and hard tasks. Notice where it nails it vs. where it needs you.

Find the problem.
Build the solution.

By the end of Week 1, you'll pitch a project to James and Bella.

01
Identify
What gap exists in how Orbis shows up? What's missing, broken, or overlooked?
02
Ideate
What would a solution look like? Who's it for? How would you know it worked?
03
Build
Use Claude Code to ship an MVP. Real > perfect.

Your Wild Idea
The best solutions come from fresh eyes
Ask yourself: What would I be proud to demo? What would actually be useful? What sounds fun enough to keep working on even when it gets hard?

The skill behind the skill.

1
Be specific
"Make a website" vs. describing exactly what someone should feel when they open it.
2
Give context
Audience, tone, constraints. Claude doesn't know what you know unless you say it.
3
Iterate
First attempt is never final. Say what worked, what didn't, what to change.
4
Break it down
Don't ask for the whole project at once. Structure first, then piece by piece.
5
Show, don't just tell
Share screenshots, examples, references. "Make it feel like this" is powerful.
6
Ask why
When Claude writes code, ask it to explain every piece. That's how you actually learn.

How you work matters as much as what you build.

🎯

Own your outcomes

Don't wait to be told. See what needs doing and do it.

Seek discomfort

The hard stuff is where the growth lives. Lean in.

💬

Communicate early

Stuck? Say so. Ahead? Ask what's next. Proactive > reactive.

Ship with intention

AI generates fast. Your job is quality control. Read, edit, question everything.

🔍

Stay relentlessly curious

Ask why things work, not just how. The best engineers and marketers never stop asking.

🤝

Be honest

Don't fake understanding. "I don't get it yet" is the fastest path to getting it.

What's happening in AI right now.
